I am originally from Southern California, earning my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. I am currently working on my master’s degree at Brenau University to further my education in Science and Social Studies. I love music, baseball, and participating in distinct roles in Theatre. I am happily married and have a wonderful home. I raised two wonderful boys where I worked and volunteered for a variety of youth in both secular and non-secular communities. I have worked in retail management, administrative management, and worked with students and families for over 30 years. Furthermore, I have worked with and participated in events from first grade to adults with persons with disabilities. I am accepting of ALL cultures and diversity. Every student has the right to speak and to be heard just so it complies with the course curriculum. My plans are to expand on what students have learned in the prior education from K-5 and have them open their minds on what Science is and how it intertwines to the lives at home, school, and the world. Furthermore, my goal is to enable each student to figure out who they are, what they are, and how they fit into the puzzle of life in the science world and beyond.
