Re-learn/Re-asses Plan For any major assessments, students will have the opportunity to submit a relearning plan for parent and teacher approval. Upon satisfactory completion of the plan, as determined by the teacher, students will be given a minimum of ONE opportunity to be reassessed. Only students scoring below 70 on a major assessment can complete a relearning plan unless exempted with parent approval.

Reassessments may be different from the original. The reassessment score will replace the original score (the scores will not be averaged).

Reassessments should be completed within 7 school days of receiving the original grade. Teachers should have discretion to extend the timeline to address extenuating circumstances.

What do you need to do:

  1. Complete study guide, missing assignment, tutoring, or other assignment from Mrs. Dunn for that major assessment. What you need to complete will be posted on Canvas after the major assessment grade has been put into Infinite Campus.
  2. E-mail Mrs. Dunn (hahner@boe.richmond.k12.ga.us )when assignment is complete and what days you are available to complete the re-assessment after school. Must follow e-mail etiquette. Remember, I only see your e-mails between 7am-3pm Monday-Friday.
