My name is Shikara Willis, and I have the pleasure of serving as TRE’s Assistant Principal. I am excited about the upcoming year and continuing our journey of excellence.

One of my primary goals is to cultivate an inclusive and supportive environment where every student is empowered to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I believe that true student success is rooted in strong collaboration between educators, families, and the community. Together, we can help our students achieve greatness by fostering a culture of high expectations, respect, and belonging.

At TRE, we believe that every student can rise to meet challenges and do hard things—especially when they are supported, encouraged, and stretched to reach their full potential. I am here to support our students, staff, and families as we work to provide a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment. I also believe students achieve their highest potential when parents and teachers maintain open and consistent communication.
