Originally from Buffalo, New York. I currently reside in Augusta, Georgia. I graduated from Augusta State University with a BA in Psychology. I then  earned my M.Ed and Ed.S from Cambridge College. I have worked in the Richmond County School system for over 19 years. This will be my 8th year as a counselor here at McBean .  I am looking forward to another amazing year of learning at McBean!

I will be visiting classrooms PK-5 to do classroom guidance lessons based on the American School Counseling Association (ASCA) National model. The focus of these lessons will be on academic, career and personal/social development. 

I will also run several small groups throughout the year. Students participating will meet to discuss specific concerns they have in common with other students.
